JCA understands that while kids are playing more games than ever, they often miss out on developing crucial basketball skills. That's why we're excited to introduce the JCA Specialty Skills Session. This new program focuses on mastering shooting and finishing techniques to help players perform at a higher level.

Whether you've been competing in basketball for years or you're just looking to refine your skills before the school year starts, this session is perfect for you. Join us and take the first step towards building a stronger, more loving relationship with the game of basketball.

Program Features


Each participant will receive over 10 hours of skill instruction from our Jr. Celtics professional coaching staff, notebook, JCA Jersey, and take-home skill packet. By the end of the skill session, players will have a better understanding of:

  • How to build a proper shooting routine
  • Finishing off the dribble or catch in variety ways, based on the defensive alignment.
  • How to use screes, including ball screes, handoffs, down screens, flares, Fades, and double staggered screems.

How to be more efficient with movements to ensure a higher level of finishing
